Smith Electric Vehicles is the leading global producer of commercial electric vehicles. Electric commercial vehicles provide a lower cost (fuel and maintenance), zero emission, alternative to conventional vans and trucks, without compromising on performance. Designed for urban depot-based operations, the Smith vehicles have a top speed of 50mph and a range on a single battery charge of up to 100 miles. Calgon and The Healing Garden
Calgon Bath & Beauty, LLC is a leading iconic consumer products business sold throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company includes products marketed under both the Calgon (traditional products) and the Healing Garden (botantical and organic) brands. Both Calgon and Healing Garden were bought out of bankruptcy from Ascendia Brands, Inc. in late November 2008. The company’s customers include Walmart, Walgreens, Kmart, Meijer Stores, Target, and CVS. Both Calgon, introduced in 1970, and the Healing Garden introduced in 1997, have their offering based in the specialty bath and body segment. According to IRI data, with approximately 13.8% of the market share, the Healing Garden is the number one ranked specialty bath and body brand in its segment. The Calgon brand is currently ranked number two by IRI in the specialty bath and body segment, with an 11.6% market share. Calgon and The Healing Garden are headquartered in Baltimore, MD.

distributing, and marketing frozen food products. The Company’s flagship frozen skillet
meal products are sold under the Gourmet Dining® brand. Gourmet Express’ frozen skillet meal products sold under the Gourmet Dining® brand were selected for the Good Housekeeping “Top Quick Serve Meals” in minutes special feature within the February 2009 publication. Gourmet Dining led the skillet meal category with a 3 of three item selections that included Gourmet Dining Shrimp Alfredo, Gourmet Dining Garlic Chicken, and Gourmet Dining’s Shrimp Scampi.
